On October 25, 2025, with the blessing of God, the Scientific Partnership Forum for Community Service was held at Al-Sheikh Al-Tusi University, organized in cooperation between the Iraqi Biosafety Association and the Sumer Center for Scientific Research.
During the forum, a scientific cooperation agreement was signed between the two parties, aiming to:
- Enhance integration between scientific research and community service.
Develop joint programs in the fields of biological safety and biosecurity.
Organize specialized workshops and training courses for academic and student staff.
Support joint research projects between the two institutions.
This cooperation reaffirms the importance of partnership between academic and scientific institutions in achieving sustainable development and building an informed and responsible scientific community.
